A: We carefully pack all items and send D.H.L. They have proven to be prompt and efficient.

Q: Do you have a return policy?

A: We guarantee satisfaction on all sales, but do require a fifteen (15) day limit for returns with no questions asked.

Q: What about your letters of authenticity?

A: All L.O.A.’s are from recognized authenticators, distributors, or from personal transactions. Photocopies are provided when large lots are purchased through auction houses and are part of the lot.

Q: How quickly do you ship an item?

A: Usually the same day when in stock. If we have to order, generally within ten (10) days or we’ll call you for any delays.
